Parcel managers send parcels to a site, then site managers (or you) assign them to the drivers covering that region. Tick several parcels and assign in one go, or scan a tracking number.

You are a site manager: you only see parcels and drivers in your assigned region. Assign, rebalance, or unassign before pickup.

Payments stay on “Confirming…” until MIPS sends the server notification (IMN). Register this URL with MIPS support:

No successful payments yet — stats fill in as customers pay via MIPS (IMN callbacks). Test zones show as pending until paid.

Create payment

Creates a MIPS InSite payment zone (iframe). Customer can pay by Card / Pop / Juice / MyT / Blink. Share the pay link or open the zone below.

GoFast Site Manager Accounts

Create a site manager per delivery region. They sign in separately and only see parcels, drivers, and dispatch for that site — so they can distribute parcels to drivers without seeing the whole island.

Account security — Google / Apple

Required for Yasheel, Drishti and the hidden ops account. Password login is not blocked — connect Google or Apple when ready, then use it to sign in.

MRA e-Invoicing (Mauritius Revenue Authority)

Fiscalise customer invoices in real time with the MRA Invoice Fiscalisation Platform (IFP). Register GoFast as an EBS on the MRA e-Invoicing Developer Portal, then paste credentials and keys below. EBS test mode must stay TEST DRIVE so these transmissions count. Do not click Reset (voids tests) or Confirm until the portal shows all 7 Passed. “Live API” in the test cases means vfisc.mra.mu, not production taxpayer go-live.

This permanently removes all GoFast operational data everywhere: orders, customers, drivers, managers, partners, API keys, events, proofs, claims, logs, and uploaded files. WordPress/site tables are not touched. Only your hidden operations login is preserved.
